Escobal, Pérez, Rodríguez & Asociados (ESPERO), is a law firm and legal consultants founded in the Dominican Republic in 1995, by Dr. Luis Eduardo Escobal Rodríguez and José Bienvenido Pérez Gomez and Olivo Andrés Rodríguez Huertas.

Since its foundation, the firm has participated in advising and representing the main private companies, agencies and public entities in the country, decisively influencing the development of various regulatory sectors, such as the stock market, insurance, electricity, tourism, real estate development, telecommunications, monetary and financial, and public procurement, as well as in the institutional strengthening of the Public Administration.
